SHIPPING, TAXES AND PACKAGING:
FREE SHIPPING TO USA, CANADA AND NOW...THE UK! All items will be shipped USPS 1st Class. For Canada and UK, I'll ship 1st Class International. (Please don't ask me to mark items as gifts. You are responsible for any other charges incurred by customs.) I will make your item(s) when ordered, so please allow me 5-7 days to ship your item. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email receipt. 2.9% sales tax is added to all Colorado state orders. 7.65% sales tax is added to Grand Junction, Colorado city resident orders.
Sorry, no international orders outside of Canada or UK at this time.
PACKAGING
Your items will come sealed in a jewelry-sized ziploc bag (for tarnish resistance), inside a silver gift pouch. If you'd prefer a light brown gift box, let me know. If your item is a gift, I will gladly include a note at no extra charge.
SNAIL MAIL ORDERS:
I also accept orders through snail mail via money order, cashier's check or personal check. I only accept US currency. Please call 970-257-1450 or email me for my address. If personal check, please allow 7-10 days for clearance before I'll send your items. When mailing order, please include your full name and address, title of items(s) and color/length choice, if applicable, and your phone number.
REFUNDS, ETC.:
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you have any problems with your order, please let me know and I'll do the best I can to fix your problem. I deal with returns/exchanges on an individual basis. Please email me for info.
